Dear Denis and Jonathan,
I have just taken delivery of my mugs and I wanted to send you a quick note to say how fantastic they look and to let you know how pleased I am with them.
I have ordered similar mugs from several other suppliers recently (before I came across you guys) but was always very disappointed with the results. In fact I have hundreds of badly printed mugs piled up in the corner of my office as I was too ashamed to give them out to my customers. But now I have the awesome mugs that you guys have printed for me I can at last start giving them out with my head held high! In fact, I've already given some to the people in the office next door to me.
So thanks again for all your excellent help. I really appreciate it and the finished product is absolutely fabulous.
PS - great idea with the videos on the website, really swung it for me when I was looking at all the available providers and their various websites.
